We love all of our clients at Wild Roots Hair Lounge + Boutique, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our environment. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

Pre-Visit: You will receive a text confirmation reminder at the time you appointment is made and again 48 hours before each visit. While we understand unexpected life situations arise, our policy is any appointment missed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancelation fee. No call- no shows may not be allowed to rebook. Please check with your stylist as each of our team members are independent and have slightly varying cancelation policies and fees.
We love your kids however, children are not allowed in the salon area unless they are receiving a service. This self care time is important to all of our guests and we want to be able to focus on you + your hair during your time with us. For safety and liability concerns please make child care arrangements.
Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. Feel free to browse around in our clothing boutique or take advantage of our coffee bar, snacks, and relaxation amenities located in our lounge. If you are 15+ minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and pay a reschedule fee.
COVID-19: We want you to know we are doing everything in our power to keep the salon as safe and sanitized as possible. We recommend wearing a mask to your appointment, but we want you to do what makes you feel safe and comfortable. Visit the CDC website for more info on COVID-19.
Refunds + Redos: All of our stylists are independent therefor they each operate their own business under our roof. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your hair, please contact your stylist first to discuss options within 5 days of your service. We pride ourselves on the overall satisfaction of our guests! No refunds on services or products are issued but we will do our best to satisfy any unsatisfactory services or products within 2 weeks of payment. There are no refunds on hair extension deposits.
